It was a sunny afternoon, and Kiki, with her super-curly hair bouncing in the breeze, was cleaning up her art corner when she noticed something sparkly behind her bookshelf.
“Hmm… what’s that?” she whispered.
She moved the bookshelf and found a little door just her size. It shimmered with pink and purple light and had a sign that read:
“Jellybean Jungle — Only the Kind May Enter.”
Kiki gasped. “That’s me!”
She opened the door, took one big step, and suddenly — WHOOSH — she tumbled into a bright and bouncy world made of jellybeans, lollipop trees, and licorice grass!
“Whoa…” she said, blinking in awe. “This place is DELICIOUS!”
But not everything was sweet.
A group of sad gummy bears stood near a melted candy lake.
“What’s wrong?” Kiki asked.
A blue gummy bear sniffled. “The jellybean bridge melted, and we can’t get home!”
Kiki thought hard. Then she reached into her backpack and pulled out her sketchpad. She drew a rainbow slide and then used her magic kindness crayon (only she had one of those!) to make it come to life!
“Wheee!” shouted the gummy bears as they zipped across the lake on the slide. They cheered and hugged Kiki.
“Thank you! You saved us!”
Just then, a cloud of marshmallow mist swirled around her, and a sparkly crown appeared on her head.
“You are now the Princess of Jellybean Jungle!” said a peppermint bird. “Because you are kind, clever, and sweet — just like candy!”
Kiki smiled big.
“But wait,” she said. “Can I come back?”
“Of course,” the bird chirped. “The door opens for kind hearts.”
She blinked — and suddenly she was back in her room, holding one tiny jellybean crown in her hand.
She grinned and whispered, “I’m gonna clean up extra fast tomorrow… just in case the door opens again.”
? The End
