One sunny afternoon, Jak was playing with his toy dinosaurs near the forest edge when he heard something unusual. Whooooosh… hum… echooooo… It wasn’t the wind—it was a voice!
Curious, Jak followed the sound until he reached a towering tree with silver bark and emerald leaves that shimmered like glass. This was no ordinary tree. It was the Echo Tree, a magical guardian that carried the whispers of nature.
“Jak…” the tree’s voice boomed softly, echoing in the air. “The river is sad. It cannot flow because of a great pile of rocks. The fish are trapped.”
Jak put his little hands on the tree’s trunk. “Don’t worry, Echo Tree. I’ll help.”
He hurried to the river and found the rocks stacked high, blocking the water. Jak wasn’t strong enough to move them all, but he remembered what the Echo Tree told him: Every small action matters.
So Jak began tossing the tiniest stones aside. Soon, a curious family of rabbits joined in, nudging pebbles with their noses. Then, a line of ants carried away grains of dirt. Even the birds helped, pecking loose twigs away. Together, they cleared the path, and the water gushed forward again, sparkling in the sunlight.
The fish leapt with joy, the river sang, and the Echo Tree’s voice filled the sky: “Jak, you have done what even the strongest giants could not. You reminded us that teamwork makes miracles.”
That night, as Jak lay in bed, he thought about how even the smallest hands—and paws, wings, and feet—could change the world.
? Moral of the Story
When everyone helps, even little efforts can fix big problems. Working together makes us stronger than working alone.
