At Magic Pillow Tales, we want you to be completely satisfied with the magical stories you create. We stand behind our platform while maintaining fair policies for the AI and generation costs we incur.
Once you have started spending your credits to generate or personalize stories, we operate under a strict no refunds policy. The computation required to weave these tales is immediately consumed and cannot be reversed.
If you make a one-time purchase (such as a credit pack) and have not spent any of those credits, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, all sales are final.
For subscriptions and automatic renewals, you may request a refund within 7 days of the charge, provided you have not spent any of the new credits issued during that billing cycle. After 7 days, subscriptions and renewals are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
