1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Magic Pillow Tales ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Use of Service
The Service provides a platform for discovering, creating, and listening to children's stories. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service.
3. Family Voice Studio Terms
When utilizing the Family Voice Studio feature, you explicitly warrant that:
- You own the voice being uploaded, OR
- You have explicit, documented consent from the owner of the voice to create an AI synthesis of their voice.
Any unauthorized cloning of a third party's voice is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
4. Credits and Payments
Certain features of the Service (such as generating custom stories, covers, or audio) require Credits. Credits can be purchased via Stripe. All payments are final and non-refundable unless a systemic error prevents the delivery of the requested service, in which case credits are automatically refunded to your ledger.
5. Intellectual Property
Public stories published by Magic Pillow Tales are the intellectual property of Magic Pillow Tales. Stories created in your private workspace belong to you, but you grant us a license to store and process them to provide the Service to you.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes.
