? A World Full of Dinosaurs
MJ stood in the middle of a lush jungle. Dinosaurs of all sizes roamed peacefully. A long-necked Brachiosaurus waved her tail in greeting. A chubby baby Triceratops nuzzled MJ’s hand.
Suddenly, a tiny voice squeaked,
“Help! My egg is missing!”
It was a nervous mama Velociraptor, pacing back and forth.
“Don’t worry!” MJ said. “I’ll find it!”
He adjusted his magical time hat and got to work.
? MJ’s Dinosaur Egg Hunt
First, he asked a snoozing Ankylosaurus if it had seen the egg. It shook its head—zzzzzz!
Next, he climbed up a friendly Stegosaurus’s spiky tail to get a better view. From the top, he spotted something round and shiny… floating down the river!
Using a raft made of palm leaves, MJ paddled quickly. Just as the egg was about to float away forever, he scooped it up into his arms.
“Gotcha!” he cheered.
When MJ returned the egg, the raptor mama cried happy tears.
“You’re a true Dino Hero,” she said, and gave him a shiny stone shaped like a dino tooth.
MJ tipped his hat—and POOF!—he was back home in the backyard, holding the magical stone in one hand and his toy shovel in the other.
His hat? Gone. But sometimes… just sometimes… it glows under his bed when the moon is full.
